Loons on Putnam Pond

OBSERVATION: While my wife and myself were on vacation at Putnam Pond State Campsite area from June 27, 2003 thru July 8, 2003, I shot photos of the loon family on the pond. There are a family of four there, A male, female and two young ones. I had volunteered to take a censes for the Adirondack Cooperative Loon program, of which I have already made a report on line. I took several photos during that week with a digital camera and kept some. I think the photo I sent you is one of the better photos. The family photo I sent to the Adirondack Cooperative Loon Program. Loons always fascinated me and when the opportunity came to study the Loon while I was at Putnam Pond, I helped out with that censes.  The photos were shot with a Olympus D-550 Zoom Camera, SHQ (Super High Quality) 3.0 Megapixels.
